fate each day

my favorite italians are in town for a while. I've been pitching in on their show farmanimalfarm doing improvisational electronic noise. It's a little challenging because the whole piece has already been scored well by Rolando Macrini (Il Dictatore). But Ill try to put in some time this week in order to come up with some worthwhile additions.

I went along with Evee and the Italiani to see a pretty amazing exhibition entitled from picassso to Basquiat this morning. Its quite nice. Basquiat wa really spending a lot of time creating his own iconography. He had a beautiful symbol for the earth.

I had never been in the Fuller building before vbut it seems as though the first eighteen floors are full of expensive art pieces. Im getting a little frustrated trying to pull all of my ends together before the holidays roll around, but Its hard not to be positive spending time with Evee and the Italians. Without oversteeping my boundaries, I can say that the Q-theatro company always finds a way to exist and create and live in a space where theres always time for each other.

Viterbo is a lot different from New York, but they always seem to have their spirits and their hearts in the right space and its just very good to be around such people.

Its funny how fine the border can be between being completely frustrated and completely inspired. Currently I have lot pulling for the inspirational side, and perhaps reality will smack me in the face tomorrow, perhaps fate will find me first. Either way, today I'm standing with inspiration and creation, that may be an accomplishment in itself.
